Mock Enchilada - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 lb. ground beef
1/2 c. chopped onion
1 can chili con carne with beans
1 can pinto beans
1 pkg. Fritos
grated American or Cheddar cheese
Preparation

Fry meat and onion; add salt and pepper to taste.
Add beans and chili and heat.
Put layer of Fritos in baking dish, then meat and beans, then cheese.
Repeat.
Top with crushed Fritos.
Bake at 350\u00b0 about 20 minutes, or until cheese melts.
