Grilled Tomatoes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    fresh tomatoes
    bread crumbs
    Parmesan cheese
    oregano
    salt and pepper
    butter
Preparation
    Wash and core tomatoes.
    Slice in half across the \"equator.\" Set on a baking or broiler pan, cut sides up.
    Allow 2 small or 1 large half per person.
    Sprinkle with bread crumbs, Parmesan, oregano, salt and pepper and top each one with a thin pat of butter.
    Broil at 550\u00b0 until hot and lightly browned, about 8 to 10 minutes.
    Watch after 5 minutes, so topping will not burn and blacken.
