Vegetable Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 large cans Veg-All
1 c. grated sharp Cheddar
1/2 c. Swiss or Mozzarella or other cheese or combination
1 c. chopped onion
1 can sliced water chestnuts
1 c. mayonnaise
1/4 stick margarine, melted
crushed crackers
salt and pepper to taste
Preparation

Mix Veg-All, Cheddar, cheeses, onion, water chestnuts, mayonnaise, salt and pepper together well.
Put in greased casserole dish.
Bake 20 minutes at 350\u00b0 or until bubbly.
Mix together crushed crackers and melted margarine.
Spread over top of casserole.
Bake 10 minutes or until golden brown.
