Cranberry Delight - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. heavy whipping cream, chilled
    3 Tbsp. sugar
    2 (3 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
    1 (16 oz.) can whole cranberry sauce
    1 (8 oz.) can crushed pineapple, drained
Preparation
    Whip cream and sugar in a chilled bowl until stiff peaks form. Mix in remaining ingredients.
    Pour into a loaf pan and freeze. To serve, thaw slightly and cut into slices.
    Serve as a dessert or salad on lettuce leaves.
    Makes 8 to 10 servings.
