Spinach Lasagne - cooking recipe
Ingredients

30 oz. Ricotta cheese
12 oz. shredded Mozzarella
2 eggs
2 (10 oz.) frozen chopped spinach, thawed and drained
salt
pepper
oregano
garlic powder
onion powder
spaghetti sauce
3 sheets uncut, uncooked pasta (we use spinach pasta; use your favorite)
Preparation

Make this double amount and freeze half.
Freezes beautifully. Preheat oven to 350\u00b0.
Grease large lasagne pan(s).
