Crawfish Cornbread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. yellow corn meal
    1 can yellow creamed corn
    1 1/2 c. grated Cheddar cheese
    2 jalapeno peppers, finely chopped
    1/2 c. bell pepper, finely chopped
    3/4 c. chopped green onion
    1 c. milk
    1 lb. crawfish tails
    3 eggs
    3 tsp. baking powder
    1 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. soda
    1 onion, minced
    1/2 c. cooking oil
Preparation
    Saute onion and bell pepper in small amount of butter.
    Cook until onion becomes transparent.
    Add chopped jalapeno pepper. Set aside.
    Mix in all ingredients, except crawfish.
    Add cooked onion and pepper.
    Stir in crawfish tails.
    Pour in lightly greased pan.
    Bake in preheated oven at 400\u00b0 for 35 to 45 minutes.
