Swiss Vegetable Medley - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. bag frozen broccoli, carrots and cauliflower combo
    1 can cream of mushroom soup
    1 c. shredded Swiss
    1/3 c. sour cream
    small jar pimiento
    pepper
    1 can (2.8 oz.) French fried onions
Preparation
    Combine vegetables, soup, 1/2 cup cheese, sour cream, 1/2 of onions, pepper and pimiento.
    Pour into 1-quart casserole.
    Bake covered at 350\u00b0 for 35 minutes.
    Top with remaining cheese and onions and bake uncovered an additional 10 to 15 minutes or until onions are heated.
