Crunch Potato Chip Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 to 1 1/2 c. fat free mayonnaise
2 Tbsp. red cider vinegar
2 c. cabbage, finely shredded
1 to 2 (6 1/2 oz.) cans chicken or tuna, drained and flaked
1/3 c. carrots, shredded fine
1/3 c. bell pepper, diced
2 to 3 Tbsp. onions, diced
2 1/2 to 3 c. potato chips (sour cream and onion flavored)
Preparation

In medium bowl combine mayonnaise and vinegar.
Stir in remaining ingredients (except potato chips).
Cover and chill. Just before serving, add broken potato chips; toss lightly.
