Baked Salmon Loaf - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. cooked or canned salmon
    2 c. evaporated milk
    2 c. bread crumbs
    1 egg, well beaten
    1 Tbsp. minced parsley
    2 Tbsp. minced onion
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. poultry seasoning
Preparation
    Heat oven to 375\u00b0.
    Mix salmon and liquid in a mixing bowl. Add bread crumbs and milk; blend well.
    Add egg and remaining ingredients; mix well.
    Turn mixture into a well-greased loaf pan for about 40 minutes.
    Serve with sauce made by using 1 cup white sauce, 1/4 cup mayonnaise, chopped almonds and olives.
