Blueberry Pie - cooking recipe
Ingredients

4 c. blueberries, washed and drained
3/4 c. sugar
1/2 c. water
2 Tbsp. cornstarch, dissolved in 1/4 c. cold water
1/4 tsp. cinnamon
1 Tbsp. butter
1 Tbsp. Cointreau
1 (9-inch) pie shell, baked
1 c. heavy cream
2 Tbsp. sugar
1/4 tsp. almond extract
Preparation

Cook 1 cup blueberries with 3/4 cup sugar and water for 10 minutes until blueberries are cooked.
Puree, then add cornstarch and cinnamon; cook until thickened.
Blend in butter and Cointreau; cool.
Fold in rest of blueberries and pour into shell. Chill.
