Basic Hot Salsa - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 med. tomatoes, chopped finely
    1 clove garlic, crushed
    1/4 c. onion, chopped
    1/2 tsp. dried oregano, crushed
    2 Tbsp. canned jalapenos, diced or 2 fresh jalapenos, diced
Preparation
    Dice tomatoes (drain if very watery), combine all other ingredients. Add tomatoes, cover and refrigerate for a day or more for best flavor. Makes 1 cup.
