Chicken Dressing - cooking recipe
Ingredients

4 c. crumbled corn bread
4 c. crumbled biscuit bread or loaf
1 Tbsp. salt
1 Tbsp. poultry seasoning
3 eggs, well beaten
1 large onion, chopped fine
1/2 c. celery, chopped fine
1/2 c. butter or margarine
1 tsp. sage
1 tsp. black pepper
3 Tbsp. sugar
2 Tbsp. baking powder
about 4 c. chicken stock (more if needed to make it real moist)
Preparation

Mix all this together real well and pour into a well-greased pan.
Cook at 375\u00b0 until lightly brown on top.
