Spicy Barbecued Pork - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. boneless pork chops
    1/2 c. hoisin sauce
    1 Tbsp. finely chopped ginger root
    1 tsp. peanut oil
    2 Tbsp. honey
    1 Tbsp. oyster sauce
    1 tsp. soy sauce
    1 tsp. dry sherry
    1 tsp. garlic
    1/2 tsp. Five Spice powder
    2 cloves garlic, crushed
Preparation
    Cook pork chops in 12-inch skillet over medium heat until brown on both sides.
    Mix remaining ingredients; pour over pork in skillet.
    Heat to boiling; reduce heat.
    Simmer, uncovered, about 20 minutes, spooning sauce frequently over pork, until pork is no longer pink in center.
    Serve pork with sauce.
    Makes 8 servings.
