"Different" Pie Crust - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 c. flour
    1 1/4 c. shortening
    1 tsp. salt
    2 Tbsp. sugar
    1 beaten egg
    5 Tbsp. water
    1 Tbsp. vinegar
Preparation
    Cut shortening into mixed dry ingredients with a pastry blender.
    Mix
    the\tbeaten\tegg, water and vinegar.
    Stir into first mixture.
    Roll out on floured board and use for any type of pie.
    It
    will keep up to 5 weeks in refrigerator.\tMakes 2 double crust pies.
