Joel'S Favorite Blue Ribbon Blueberry Muffins - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 egg
    1/2 c. milk
    1/4 c. oil
    1 1/2 c. flour
    1/2 c. sugar
    2 tsp. baking powder
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1 c. frozen blueberries (do not thaw)
Preparation
    Beat egg with a fork.
    Stir in milk and oil.
    Blend dry ingredients and stir in just until flour is moistened.
    Batter will be lumpy.
    Add blueberries.
    Fold in.
    Fill muffin cups 2/3 full.
    Makes 1 dozen.
    Bake 20 to 22 minutes at 400\u00b0.
