Aztec Chicken - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 whole chicken breasts
    1 large bag Doritos, crushed and divided
    1 (10 3/4 oz.) can cream of mushroom soup
    1 (10 3/4 oz.) can cream of chicken soup
    1 (4 oz.) jar sliced mushrooms, drained
    2 (7 oz.) cans chopped green chilies
    1 c. diced onion
    1 lb. grated Cheddar cheese or Velveeta Mexican (mild hot cheese)
    cayenne pepper to taste
    salt and pepper
Preparation
    Microwave chicken in covered 3 or 4 quart casserole dish in 1/4 cup water on High for 13 to 16 minutes or until chicken is cooked.
    Turn once during cooking.
    Remove chicken from bones and cut up into large bite-size pieces.
