The Impossible Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 eggs
    1/4 c. margarine
    2/3 c. sugar
    1/2 c. flour
    1/4 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. baking powder
    2 c. milk
    1 c. coconut
    1/2 tsp. nectar coconut flavor
    1 tsp. vanilla
Preparation
    Put all ingredients in blender or mixer; blend until all mixed together.
    Pour into buttered 10-inch pie pan.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour.
    When done, the crust will be on the bottom, the custard in the middle and the coconut on top.
