Broccoli Beef Stir-Fry - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 lb. flank steak
1 pkg. rice mix
1 small onion
1 Tbsp. margarine or butter
2 cloves garlic, minced
1/4 tsp. ground ginger
2 c. broccoli tips
1 small red or green bell pepper, cut in strips
Preparation

In large skillet, melt margarine over medium heat.
Add meat; saute until browned.
Remove meat from skillet.
Drain skillet. Saute rice mix as package directs.
Stir in two cups water, onion, garlic, ginger and contents of packet.
Bring to boil over high heat.
Cover; reduce heat to low.
Simmer 8 minutes.
Stir in meat and peppers; cover.
Simmer until liquid is absorbed.
