Green Bean Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. fresh green beans, washed and trimmed
    1 lb. zucchini, sliced medium thick
    1 c. fresh mushrooms, sliced
    1/2 red onion, sliced in rings
    1 (8 oz.) bottle light Italian dressing
    1/2 c. dry bread crumbs
    2 Tbsp. grated Parmesan cheese
Preparation
    Combine vegetables and dressing in casserole; cover and marinate for 1 hour.
    Bake for 25 minutes at 350\u00b0.
    Mix crumbs with Parmesan cheese; add to casserole.
    Return to oven for 5 minutes.
    Serve hot or cold.
    Makes 8 servings.
