Ingredients

1/2 lb. butter (room temperature)
1 c. sugar
2 egg yolks
1 tsp. lemon peel
1 1/2 c. flour
1 c. yellow cornmeal
Preparation

Mix sugar and butter with beater.
Add egg yolks; mix well. Add lemon peel, flour and cornmeal.
Mix dough in plastic; chill 3 to 4 hours.
