Ingredients

3/4 c. unsalted butter
1/2 c. powdered sugar
1 1/2 c. flour
1/4 c. ground pecans
8 oz. cream cheese
1 c. sugar, divided
1 tsp. vanilla
1/2 pt. strawberries, sliced
1/2 c. pecan halves
1 c. cranberry juice
2 Tbsp. cornstarch
1 tsp. lemon juice
1 c. seedless red raspberry jam
Preparation

Preheat oven to 325\u00b0.
Combine first four ingredients and spread over bottom of tart shell pan.
Bake 10 to 12 minutes until lightly brown.
Remove and cool.
Mix cream cheese, 1/2 cup sugar and vanilla and spread over cooled tart shell.
Place berries and nuts over cream cheese mixture.
In a small saucepan, heat the cranberry juice, cornstarch, lemon juice, 1/2 cup sugar and jam. Cook over low heat about 2 minutes.
Mixture will thicken.
Remove from heat and allow to cool to room temperature.
Pour over the fruit and chill tart before serving.
