York Town Stew - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. lean ground beef
    1 (16 oz.) can tomatoes
    1 (16 oz.) can mixed vegetables
    1 (16 oz.) can Spanish rice
    1 (16 oz.) can creamed corn
    1/2 can Ro-Tel (add more, if you like it hot)
Preparation
    Brown beef and drain.
    Stir in vegetables and simmer 1 hour. Great with corn bread.
