Peanut Butter Fudge - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 c. butter or margarine
    5 c. sugar
    1 (12 oz.) can evaporated milk
    1 (18 oz.) jar creamy peanut butter
    1 (7 oz.) jar marshmallow cream
Preparation
    Butter sides and bottom of a large Dutch oven, leaving excess butter in pan.
    Add sugar and evaporated milk, stirring well. Bring mixture to a boil over medium heat, stirring occasionally. Cook, stirring constantly, until mixture reaches soft ball stage or a candy thermometer registers 234\u00b0.
    Remove from heat; add peanut butter and marshmallow cream, beating with a wooden spoon until blended.
    Pour into a buttered 13 x 9 x 2-inch baking pan or dish; cool.
