*Cinnamon Apples - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 apples, pared and quartered
    1 c. sugar
    1 lemon
    1 1/2 c. water
    1 Tbsp. cinnamon
Preparation
    Let sugar and water come to a boil.
    Add sliced lemon.
    Add quartered apples.
    Boil for 5 minutes.
    Take apples and lemon out. Cook juice until it jells, then add apples and lemon.
    Sprinkle with cinnamon.
