Corn Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 can creamed corn
1 can whole corn
1 box Jiffy corn bread mix
8 oz. sour cream
1/2 c. shredded cheese
1 stick melted butter
Preparation

Drain corn and reserve 1/4 cup of liquid.
Mix everything, except cheese, together and pour into greased or Pam sprayed pan. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 15 minutes.
Sprinkle cheese on top and bake 30 to 40 minutes longer, until set.
