George Washington Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 small boxes cherry jello
    2 c. boiling water
    1 (No. 2) can crushed pineapple
    1 can cherry pie filling
    1 carton sour cream
    1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
    1/2 c. powdered sugar
    1 tsp. vanilla
    1/2 c. nuts, chopped
Preparation
    Mix jello in water; add undrained pineapple and pie filling. Pour into a 9 x 12 x 2-inch dish.
    Let set.
