Banana Muffins - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 1/4 c. Bisquick baking mix or 1 1/4 c. whole wheat flour, 1 heaping tsp. baking powder and 1/4 tsp. salt
1/4 c. oat bran
1 3/4 ripe bananas
1/4 c. wheat bran
1 egg, beaten
1/4 c. milk
1/4 c. raisins
1/4 c. brown sugar
Preparation

Combine dry ingredients - flour, oat bran, wheat bran, raisins and brown sugar.
Mash bananas.
Beat egg; add milk.
Add dry ingredients.
Mix only until blended.
Fill greased muffin tins 2/3 full.
Bake at 400\u00b0 for 15 minutes.
Makes 12 muffins.
