Raspberry Cream Cheese Muffins - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. fresh or frozen raspberries
    2 Tbsp. Fruit Sweet or to your taste
    1/4 c. low-fat Ricotta cheese
    1/2 c. margarine
    1/2 c. Fruit Sweet
    1/3 c. W. O. apple butter or unsweetened applesauce
    1/2 c. low-fat Ricotta cheese
    2 egg whites
    1 1/2 c. flour
    1 1/2 tsp. baking soda
    1 tsp. salt
    1/4 c. chopped nuts (optional)
Preparation
    In small bowl combine raspberries, 2 tablespoons fruit sweetener and 1/4 cup Ricotta cheese.
    Set aside.
