Sweet And Sour Meatballs - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. hot bulk pork sausage
    1 lb. mild bulk pork sausage
    1 1/4 c. ketchup
    1/4 c. water
    1/4 c. firmly packed brown sugar
    1 Tbsp. soy sauce
    1 Tbsp. lemon juice
    1 can pineapple chunks, drained
Preparation
    Combine first 2 ingredients mixing well.
    Shape into 1 inch balls.
    Cook in a large skillet over medium heat until browned. Drain.
    Combine remaining ingredients except pineapple and mix well.
    Pour over meatballs.
    Simmer 10 minutes, stirring occasionally.
    Add pineapple chunks and simmer 10 minutes more, stirring often.
    Makes about 3 1/2 dozen.
