Squash Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. squash (approximately 6), cooked and drained
    1 stick margarine
    1 c. sour cream
    1 c. cream of chicken soup
    1 medium onion
    1 medium carrot, grated
    salt and pepper to taste
    1/2 pkg. herb Pepperidge Farm dressing mix
Preparation
    Stir together all ingredients and bake 30 to 40 minutes at 375\u00b0.
