Strawberry Bread(Makes 2 Loaves) - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 1/4 c. vegetable oil
4 eggs
20 oz. (2 1/2 c.) fresh strawberries or unsweetened strawberries, thawed and undrained
3 c. all-purpose flour
1 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. salt
1 1/2 tsp. ground cinnamon
2 c. sugar
1 1/2 c. chopped pecans
Preparation

Beat eggs and oil until fluffy.
Add strawberries and mix well. Combine flour, soda, salt, cinnamon and sugar and add to egg mixture, stirring until well blended.
Stir in chopped pecans. Pour batter into two greased and lightly floured 9 x 5-inch loaf pans.
Bake at 325\u00b0 for 1 hour and 15 minutes or until a wooden pick inserted in center comes out clean.
Blend together cream cheese and strawberry jam and spread between two pieces of this bread to make delightful tea sandwiches.
