Marshmallow Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 Tbsp. plain gelatin
1 tsp. salt
1 c. cold water or pineapple juice
2 c. boiling water
2 c. marshmallows, cut in squares
1 c. Dukes mayonnaise
1 c. sugar
1/4 c. vinegar
1 1/2 c. nuts, chopped
juice of 1 lemon
1 1/2 c. pineapple, cut in small pieces
6 oz. Philadelphia cream cheese
Preparation

Soak gelatin in cold water or juice for 5 minutes.
Dissolve in boiling water.
Add salt, sugar, vinegar and lemon juice. Cool. When gelatin begins to thicken, add remaining ingredients (marshmallows, pineapple, nuts and mayonnaise mixed with cream cheese).
Let stand until firm.
Serve on lettuce.
