Potato Chowder - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 slices bacon, diced
    3 Tbsp. chopped onion
    5 medium potatoes, diced
    1 c. chopped carrots
    1 tsp. salt
    1 pkg. frozen chopped spinach
    1 1/2 c. milk
Preparation
    Fry bacon bits until crisp and drain fat.
    Combine all ingredients, except milk, in crock-pot.
    Add water to cover.
    Cook on high for 2 hours, then switch to low for 4 hours (automatic 5 hours).
    Before serving, stir in milk and heat.
    Serves 6.
