Hot Taco Rice - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. lean ground beef
    1 medium onion
    1 (12 oz.) jar salsa (any flavor)
    1 chicken bouillon cube
    1 c. cooked rice
Preparation
    Chop up onion; add to ground beef.
    Brown until done, then drain.
    Stir in jar of salsa and chicken bouillon cube; let come to a boil.
    Cover; cook on low heat for 30 minutes.
    Serve over rice.
