Poppy Seed Chicken - cooking recipe

4 chicken breasts, boiled
1 can cream of chicken soup
8 oz. sour cream
1 roll Ritz crackers
1 stick butter, melted
1 tsp. poppy seeds
Preparation

Tear meat from boiled chicken breasts. Coat a casserole dish with nonstick spray. In a bowl, mix chicken, cream of chicken soup and sour cream. Crumble up about 1 cup of the Ritz crackers and stir into the mixture. Dump this mixture into the casserole dish and spread evenly. Crush remaining crackers and mix with melted butter. Spoon cracker mixture over chicken. Sprinkle the poppy seeds on top. Bake, uncovered, in a 350\u00b0 oven for 30 minutes or until crackers are browned.
