Mushrooms Florentine - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. fresh mushrooms, sliced
    2 pkg. frozen chopped spinach, cooked and drained
    1 tsp. salt
    1/4 c. onion, chopped
    1/4 c. butter, melted
    1 c. Cheddar cheese, grated
    sprinkle of garlic salt
Preparation
    Brown mushrooms; set aside.
    Use a shallow 10-inch casserole dish; line with spinach which has been seasoned with salt and pepper, onion and melted butter.
    Sprinkle with 1/2 cup grated cheese.
    Arrange the mushrooms over the spinach.
    Season with garlic salt.
    Cover with remaining cheese.
    Bake for 20 minutes, until cheese is melted and browned.
