Sweet Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (16 oz.) can fruit cocktail
    1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
    12 large marshmallows
    4 Tbsp. water
    1 pinch salt
Preparation
    Open cream cheese to soften 45 minutes before starting salad. Drain fruit.
    In saucepan, melt marshmallows in 4 tablespoons water, stirring constantly, over low heat.
    Next, add small pieces of cream cheese to marshmallows, stirring constantly over low heat with hand beater; beat until smooth.
    Add fruit; blend and add pinch of salt.
