Meliton Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 large bell peppers
    2 large onions
    1 bunch green onions
    1/3 c. chopped parsley
    3 toes fresh garlic
    1 stick margarine
    2 lb. cleaned shrimp, cut in half
    3 c. Progresso bread crumbs
    black pepper and salt to taste
    8 c. meliton, boiled, peeled and mashed
Preparation
    Chop fine the bell peppers, onions, green onions, parsley and garlic.
    Fry in margarine until transparent.
    Add cleaned shrimp. Cook for 5 minutes.
    Add pulp from cooked meliton (about 8 cups). Continue to cook.
    Add Progresso bread crumbs.
    Pour in baking dish and bake at 400\u00b0 until done.
    Boil melitons before peeling, until a fork can pierce.
