Super Chicken Soup - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    8 c. water
    4 boneless, skinless chicken breast halves
    3 carrots, diced
    2 stalks celery, diced
    1/4 c. chopped onion
    2 chicken bouillon cubes
    1 1/2 tsp. salt
    1 c. frozen peas
    1/2 c. frozen corn
    2 c. noodles (uncooked)
Preparation
    Bring water, chicken, carrots, celery, onion, bouillon cubes and salt to boil in large saucepot.
    Reduce heat to low; cover and simmer 15 minutes or until chicken is tender.
    Remove chicken; cool slightly.
    Cut chicken into bite size pieces and return to pot.
    Add peas and corn; bring to a boil.
    Add noodles and reduce heat to low.
    Simmer, uncovered, 8 minutes or until noodles are tender.
    Makes 4 servings.
