Peanut Brittle - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 c. sugar
    1 c. light Karo syrup
    1 c. water
    2 c. raw peanuts
    1 1/2 tsp. soda
    2 Tbsp. butter
    1/2 tsp. salt
Preparation
    Boil sugar, syrup and water until soft ball; then add peanuts and stir until they turn yellow (about 15 minutes).
    Remove from heat and stir in salt, soda and butter; then pour out immediately.
