Sour Dough Starter - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 pkgs. yeast
    1/2 c. warm water
    2 c. all-purpose flour
    2 c. warm water
    1 Tbsp. sugar
Preparation
    Soften yeast in 1/2 cup warm water.
    Stir in flour, 2 cups water and sugar.
    Beat until smooth.
    Cover and let stand at room temperature until bubbly.
    This may take more than one day, so stir 2 or 3 times daily, then refrigerate.
    This needs to be renewed every 4 to 10 days.
