Bran Muffins - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 c. Nabisco All-Bran
2 c. boiling water
1 c. sugar
1 c. oil
5 c. flour
5 tsp. soda
4 eggs, beaten or equivalent egg substitute
1 qt. buttermilk
1/2 lb. raisins
4 c. Kellogg's Bran Buds
1/2 pkg. active dry yeast (1 1/4 tsp.)
2 c. sifted all-purpose flour
2 Tbsp. sugar
2 1/2 c. water
Preparation

Combine the ingredients in a stone crock or glass pottery bowl.
Beat well.
Cover with cheesecloth and follow directions.
