Squash Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. squash (winter)
    1 c. sugar
    1 c. milk
    1 Tbsp. flour
    1 stick butter, melted
    2 eggs, beaten
    1 tsp. lemon flavoring
Preparation
    Wash, slice and cover squash in water.
    Cook until tender; drain off water.
    Mash squash thoroughly and mix in rest of ingredients.
    Place in unbaked pie shell and bake at 350\u00b0 until a knife stuck in middle comes out clean or until top is golden brown.
