Squash Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. squash, chopped
    1 medium onion, chopped
    2 Tbsp. butter, melted
    2 eggs, slightly beaten
    1/2 c. milk
    salt and pepper to taste
    1/2 c. sharp Cheddar cheese
    1/2 c. cracker crumbs
Preparation
    Boil squash and onion in water until tender.
    Drain. Mash and drain again.
    Add butter, eggs, milk and seasoning.
    Blend well. Pour into greased 2 1/2-quart casserole dish.
    Top with cheese and cracker crumbs.
    Bake at 375\u00b0 for 25 minutes.
