Vegetable Salad Mold-Knox Gelatine - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/4 c. cold water
    1/4 c. vinegar
    1 pkg. gelatine (Knox)
    1/4 c. sugar or honey
    1/4 c. shredded cabbage
    1/4 c. carrots
    1/4 c . celery
    1/4 tsp. salt
Preparation
    Heat together the first 4 ingredients.
    Add cabbage, carrots, celery and salt.
    Mix and pour into mold.
    Cool until firm.
