Company Bread - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 large loaf French bread
1 1/2 sticks margarine or butter
2 tsp. prepared mustard
1 small grated onion
1 tsp. poppy seed
2 tsp. lemon juice
1 garlic bud, mashed
shredded Swiss or Cheddar cheese
Preparation

Trim crust on top and sides of bread; don't trim bottom.
Cut X's in the bread without cutting into the bottom (XXXXX).
Fill the X's with shredded Swiss or Cheddar.
Place bread in foil boat. Melt margarine on low heat.
Add mustard, onion, poppy seed, lemon juice and garlic.
Pour over bread.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 20 minutes.
