Barbecued Spareribs - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 large onion, finely chopped
1 c. ketchup
1 c. water
2 tsp. salt
2 tsp. dry mustard
2 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
1/2 c. vinegar
1/4 c. brown sugar
Preparation

Cut spareribs in pieces and brown well in a large pan in oven for 30 minutes at 400\u00b0, turning once. Combine ingredients and pour over ribs.
Cover and bake 2 hours in a 350\u00b0 oven. Spoon sauce over ribs 2 to 3 times during baking.
Uncover the last 1/2 hour.
