Tropical Tuna Melt - cooking recipe

8 1/4 oz. can crushed pineapple
3 Tbsp. salad dressing
1 tsp. Dijon-style mustard
6 1/2 oz. can tuna, drained and flaked
1 small stalk celery, thinly sliced
2 English muffins, toasted
2 slices reduced-calorie American or Monterey Jack cheese
Preparation

Thoroughly drain pineapple, reserving 1 teaspoon juice.
Stir together the reserved juice, salad dressing and mustard.
