Zucchini Lasagna(Microwave Cooking) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 c. sliced zucchini
    1/4 c. water
    1 lb. hamburger
    1 tsp. basil
    2 (8 oz. each) cans tomato sauce
    1/4 lb. mushrooms, chopped
    1 small onion, minced
    1 clove garlic, minced
    1/2 tsp. oregano
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    1/4 c. bread crumbs
    12 oz. drained cottage cheese
    4 oz. shredded Mozzarella cheese
    1/3 c. Parmesan cheese, grated
Preparation
    Place zucchini in baking dish.
    Add water.
    Cook on High 6 to 7 minutes.
    Drain and set aside.
    Crumble beef into 2-quart mixing bowl.
    Cook on High 4 minutes, stirring halfway through cooking time.
    Pour off drippings.
    Combine tomato sauce, mushrooms, onion, garlic, basil, oregano, thyme, salt and pepper.
    Cook on High 6 to 8 minutes.
    Stir halfway through cooking time.
