Hamburger Stroganoff - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 c. minced onion
    1/4 c. margarine (1/2 stick)
    1 lb. ground beef
    1 garlic clove, minced
    2 Tbsp. flour
    2 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. pepper
    1/4 tsp. paprika
    1 lb. sliced mushrooms
    1 can condensed cream of chicken soup, undiluted
    1 c. sour cream
    snipped parsley, chives or dill
Preparation
    Saute onion in margarine.
    Stir in beef and next 6 ingredients.
    Saute 5 minutes.
    Add soup; simmer, uncovered 10 minutes.
    Stir in sour cream, add parsley.
    Makes 4 to 6 servings. Serve over mashed potatoes, rice or noodles.
